error after Structure installation in Windows

Hi all,

I had Structure installed on my old PC with Windows XP with no problems. I installed Structure on my new PC (still with Windows XP), tried to open it and got this error message: Could not creat the Java virtual machine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Structure and Java, restarted my computer, etc with no luck. Has anyone else had this issue?
